A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Khan (Salar As‘ad), on behalf of his underage children, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa, and Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri over properties that Gawhar Khanum (daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah) had transferred to them in exchange for one hundred dinars. The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman. Letter written by Banu Ziya’ (wife of the late Mashhadi Riza), and her son, ‘Abd al-Rasul, objecting a court order addressing the rights of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Riza that have been overridden by Jalal, brother of the late Mashhadi Riza. Jalal has settled their house for a very low price, and he has also taken a lot of copperware and household furnishings and has never paid the share of his brother's underage children.

Letter by Mirpanjah Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan Hisam al-Mulk to Haji Mirza ‘Abbasquli regarding Hamshirah (the writer's sister), the daughter of Nimtaj Khanum. Mirza ‘Ali Khan Furqani, the former Nayyir al-Mamalik of Isfahan, exchanged four-sixths of his house of residence near the Jami‘ mosque of Isfahan with his two sons, ‘Ali Asghar and ‘Ali Akbar, and the baby (girl or boy) who is still in her/his mother's womb, for one hundred dinars and ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy. Letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to her half-sisters, Fakhr Taj and Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi, the daughters of Haj Mirza Hadi Dawlatabadi and his second wife, Munis Aqa. The collection, spanning from 1923 to 1961, includes letters sent during her time in Europe, letters sent back in Iran, and letters sent during Qamar Taj's stay in London. The subjects include a reception for the Ambassador of Afghanistan, a party hosted by the Alliance School, and the Congress of the International Alliance of Women in Paris.
